Trade Signals - Frequently Asked Questions

Below are a number of questions that we find are asked more often than others. If you cannot find the answer to your specific question below, please feel free to contacts us by phone or by email sales@tradesignals.com. We will then respond as soon as possible.

• Do you offer a free period? Yes we are offering a free period of one week. After one week we will not be offering a further free period.
• How can I join? You simply go to the subscription page select the period you wish to join. Make the payment and after a little you will receive an email from the support team and you are ready to go.
• What services do you have for subscription? We offer 2 services. The Trading Signals service and the Managed Account service.
• What happens if I no longer wish to subscribe? You are under no obligation to renew each month. If under any subscription period you do not wish to renew you simply let the subscription period expire. We never take any payment, we rely on you making the payment.
• Can I subscribe for longer than 1 month? Yes. You have the option to pay for 1, 6 or 12 months.
• How much should I expect to make? Our prior performance is a good expectation of what can be achieved. However, it should not be taken as a guarantee of future performance.
• How frequently do you send out trading signals? There is no set frequency to the trade signals as it will depend on the set-up of the market. We do try not to have more than 3 pending orders or more than two live trades at any point in time.
• What leverage should I apply? This depends on your risk appetite but we do not recommend a leveraging of more than 5 times the nominal trading capital.
